4 cups of Spring lettuce mix
3/4 cup glazed pecans
½ cup dried cranberries (or your favorite dried fruit)
½ cup crumbled bleu cheese
Extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar
Evenly divide spring lettuce mix between two salad plates or bowls. Distribute equal portions of the pecans, cranberries and crumbled bleu cheese over salads. Drizzle desired amount of olive oil and balsamic vinegar over salad.
