4 oz cream cheese at room temperature
4 oz sliced smoked salmon, chopped
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon dill, finely chopped
1 tablespoon chives finely chopped
1 tablespoon capers, chopped
Mix all the ingredients together. Season with freshly ground black pepper and sea salt.

This spread will also be wonderful served on homemade crostini. Slice a baguette into 1/4 inch thick slices. Brush both sides with olive oil. Arrange on a large baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F until golden. Turn once during baking.
